but who love to get a little
attention
from guests
now and then.

Bed & Breakfast Policies
-
All room
rates are for double occupancy and include a full hearty country-style
breakfast. Meals may include: Baked-French Toast, Waffles or Pancakes
served with warm Maple Syrup, Robin's Nest Eggs, or Michael's "Dirty
eggs". Add either crisp bacon, pan fried country sausage or grilled ham
steaks and hash browns or Potatoes O'Brian and toast to complete this
very filling country breakfast.
Dining Room

Children
over 12 are welcome when accompanied by an adult and are well-behaved.
Consideration for other guests is a must. There are limited activities
within the B 'n B for children.

Cots are
available for $20 per person per night and must be pre-arranged at the
time the reservation is made to ensure that all guests are taken care
of.

Local and
State sales tax are not included in the room rates and will be added to
the bill at time of registration.

All room
rates are subject to change without notification. We do attempt to keep
costs to a minimum in hopes of maintaining a set rate.
Living Room
-
Payments methods: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American
Express, Diners Club, check or cash. Deposits are one night's room rate
received within one week of reservation, or a valid credit card number
to reserve your room.

Gift certificates are available upon request and
maybe made out for a certain amount or accommodation or even a special
package deal that combines dinner at an area restaurant with a nights
stay at our B 'n B. Gift certificates are valid for one year from date
of purchase.

Arrival & Departure: Check-in time is between 4:00
& 7:00 PM unless special arrangements have been made with the
Innkeeper. We attempt to make compensations to assist our guests as
needed. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Cancellation: There is a $20.00 cancellation fee. A
full refund is available with a written notice if received 10-days prior
to your arrival date. If less than 10-days notice, one nights' lodging
will be charged for your room. We have only 3 rooms to offer our guests
and when we accept a reservation for a room we then turn away other
guests.

Smoking: There is no smoking allowed in the B 'n B.
Smoking is permitted outside or on the front porch. The Innkeeper is
allergic to smoke and would greatly appreciate this rule being followed.
If you are caught smoking in your room we may have to add an additional
charge of $50 to have the entire room specially cleaned to protect other
guests who may also have an allergic reaction.
